HOW TO REGISTER (4 STEPS): 

Step 1: Complete payment for programs – this reserves your child’s space in desired programs!

*If a program is FULL with no spaces available to register, please immediately email us at info@inspireout.org to be placed on the waitlist. Provide your child’s name and specific program they are hoping to join. There can be a lot of shuffling of program placements early on and we try our best to make program options available for all trekkers.

Step 2: Fill out our online registration form. PLEASE NOTE – Your registration form must be completed within 48 hours of payment or a refund (minus $50 processing per program) will be administered and space in program will be given to the next participant on our waitlist.

Step 3: Print, sign, and return via email to info@inspireout.org the following two waivers: Liability Waiver & COVID waiver.

Step 4: (As Needed) Medication Authorization Form – IF your child takes any medications (EITHER PRESCRIPTION OR OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATIONS SUCH AS ADVIL) you must have your family physician complete and sign this form in order for your child to receive medication during program. Scan & email to return to InspireOut at info@inspireout.org.

**Once steps 1 & 2 have been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from InspireOut as well as an InspireOut Trekker Guide (PDF). We are available to assist you with any questions as you prepare for program.

= CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS =

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to trip’s start date receive a refund minus $50 processing fee. There are no cancellation refunds made less than 30 days prior to trip’s starting date, or after the trip has begun.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a check.
