We’ve taken leadership & management teams to new levels with our backcountry experiential team-building expeditions. Our programs are the “think outside the box” resource that you have been looking for.
We offer unique adventures and custom programs from a single day peak summit to longer 3 day stays in the backcountry. We provide tools, challenges, and community building experiences that will elevate and inspire each of your team members.
~Who are your leaders?
Justin and Brett have been racing, adventuring, teaching, and inspiring others together since swimming NCAA Division III together at UC Santa Cruz. In 2019, they competed in EcoChallenge Fiji Worlds Toughest Race and have continued to get outside together since. They both competed on Team 7 in One Water Race in 2022 and were proud to race 60 hours through the Swedish Archipelago. With each adventure, they grow a deeper understanding of the growth that unfolds as we push our bodies and minds to new places. They are looking forward to providing a space and opportunity for you to grow and a better understand yourself and your role on your team and community.
